Knot What She Seams Review & Giveaway

I am super excited for the chance to feature Ivy from Knot What She Seams today on Mom-a-Logues.
Ivy has a fun, humorous and whimsical spirit about her and I have loved getting to know her more through Facebook and her sweet Etsy shop!  She's a mother of 6 and a grandmother of 1, a blessed wife, friend and an encourager to many.

Knot What She Seams features unique, handmade, family apparel, accessories and home decor.
Ivy gravitates toward anything vintage, unique, OOAK, whimsical or funny and things that offer a fair amount of shock value (without being offensive).

Ivy's little sister said that her baby gifts and home decor she made for friends and family were so great that she could make some extra money by putting them online to sell and suggested Etsy.  Since then, Ivy has discovered that making home decor has become more than just a hobby, it's become her second income and obsession!

Ivy was so very generous to send Lilli a darling little vintage number from her collection.

Lilli loves this outfit.
Everything from the ruffle flowing pants to the tie around her waist on the top!

The top is Bohemian inspired, with a Western chic with all the ruffles, lacy details, embroidery and the beautiful floral print.  It features long sleeves, but with the lightness of the fabric, it is perfect for spring, too.  The modern prairie style has a handmade, scalloped collar that is embroidered.  Eyelet lace ribbon is woven into the lace that offers an optional tie closure.

It also features a coordinating belt that ties around the waist for a fitted look.  There is an elastic band around the arm that offers a flair in the sleeve.  So unique and detailed!

This is such a cute outfit for Fall, the colors, the theme of the design - it's just so elegant and fun!

The Victorian vintage inspired bloomer pants are so so adorable.  Lillian loves the ruffled feature on the bottom due to the way they kind of 'swish' when she walks.  She not only loves the look but the feeling when she wears them.

Due to their length, they are perfect to wear all year long.  The fabrics are soft cotton which gives them a comfortable fit and feel.  They are trendy and oh-so-fashionable!

It's the cutest outfit together, but Lilli can also wear the shirt with a pair of jeans or another pretty top with the pants.  So many fun options with this versatile piece!

Ivy's attention to detail and time she spends hand creating each piece is incredible, she does a magnificent job.  We appreciate her professional work as well as her use of top-quality fabrics!

Here are some of my other favorites from her handmade variety shop...

  6. Ivy is a Fraud and a Thief! She purchased an item from our store, another designer, and then is remaking them and reselling them as if they were her own. I have proof of this. "Knot What She Seams" indeed.... FRAUD!!!
