Sweet Gracie Mae Review & Giveaway

I'm honored to be introducing you all to the lovely Kristina from Sweet Gracie Mae on Etsy.  I have been a fan of her shop for awhile now and am excited for the opportunity to feature her on Mom-a-Logues today.

From Kristina..

"I live in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont, with my husband, two children and a couple of crazy cats.

I am passionate about creating beautiful and practical handmade bags and hand knit treasures.  I look for inspiration everywhere I go and I am consumed with taking notes (mental and real) on new ideas.  Sweet Gracie Mae, originally born as my creative outlet, is steadily morphing into a sustainable business.  It is thrilling to watch it grow, and I am ever-so grateful for my fabulous customers.

Everything I sell is handmade by me, in my home, where I am surrounded by the beauty of Vermont.  Sweet Gracie Mae is a one-woman, handmade enterprise.  I curate and/or write patterns pick out materials (often with input from my daughter Grace), buy supplies, make all items start to finsh, take and edit photos, write listings, and wrap/ship packages.  When you email me or message me, you get me, and only me.

My shop listings are always expanding and reflect what is currently inspiring me.  Whether an item for a child or an adult, each is created with thought and care, with the hope that it will be cherished, for years to come."

I loved that she touched on the fact that when you contact her, you are getting her and only her.  That is the beauty of handmade shops.  You're often times working directly with the person who creates each piece.  You don't get any run around with a middle man, but rather hear straight from the artists mouth.

Sweet Gracie Mae features handbags (large and small) for women and children.  Kristina offers a collection of the sweetest library bags in designs for both girls and boys.

She was so sweet to send Lillian a library bag from her collection.

It's the perfect size for her to wear as a cross-body bag and features are large spacious pocket for her books, a pocket on the front and a small pocket on the strap, with velcro closure,  for her library card.

The print is adorable and girlie.  She's used it quite a bit already to carry her 'homework', her special books and iPad.

Kristina offers so many cute fabric options that are all very appealing to kids of all ages.

You could add a custom monogram to your bag for an additional fee.   Any type of personalization is worth it, in my opinion.

Here are a few of my other fav's from Kristina's shop...

Shoulder Bags/Totes

Cross Body/Sling Bags

Messanger Bags

Wallets & Key Fobs

Also, be sure to check out Kristina's beautiful knit's, HERE.

Kristina was such a pleasure to work with.  She is passionate about her craft and offers a professional quality to her pieces.  I would most definitely recommend her to anyone in the market for a gift for a girlfriend, sister, child or yourself.
